Offered to military service members (active duty, veterans, and their families) and first responders who reside in Kanawha, Putnam, Lincoln, Boone, Clay or Fayette counties. This program is a partnership with Community Access, Inc. and is funded by a grant from The Greater Kanawha Valley Foundation.
Offered to women ages 21-65 are exiting/transitioning from substance use disorder treatment and who reside in Kanawha, Putnam, Lincoln, or Boone counties. This program is a partnership with Community Access, Inc. and is funded by a grant from The Greater Kanawha Valley Foundation.
Wellness Programs are also available to individuals who desire to improve their personal wellness. Offered as a fee for service for the general public, sessions can be scheduled for individuals or groups.
Pre-registration is required for all programs.
– Activities do not require any prior knowledge of horses and will not involve riding.
– You will be exposed to known allergens such as grass, hay, pollen & horses. Please plan accordingly if this will be a factor for you.
– You will need to wear comfortable clothing that is appropriate for the weather and activity closed-toed shoes are required (no sandals).
– You will be required to sign liability waivers for yourself and/or your child(ren) to participate.
